We require 28 days notice before the start of course/ session if you wish to cancel your position. This enables us to refill the position. We will accept your cancellation after this date, but will not refund any payment after this date unless we have refilled your position or booking.

After booking, the course dates you selected are the ones you are expected to attend. This is because each lesson in the course is unique and tailored to be step by step progression. If you cannot make it, you can join the next available course where you left off.
